Working in the IT sector for 30 years in software dev and infrastructure, let me tell you this company is no different than other scams on the internet. Do yourself a favour and dont buy any products from this company.

I lost my CD key for Partition Master 11.9 Pro, but the customer support rep was super helpful and helped me recover it quickly! A+ support, always helpful!

Shawn dealt with my issue quickly and solved my issue productively. The fix was quick as well. I have been using EaseUS for over a decade, and it has never let me down. This was a re-installation issue, not a software problem.

I was trying to use PDF Editor to edit a Form to modify a formula for a text field. Upon contacting Technical Support, I learned this feature is not currently available. Adding this functionality would be critical for users creating forms with computed fields, since Adobe provides it. I request that the formula creation/edit function be added to PDF Editor.

Paul was very patient and went on to dientify and resolve the problem - a damaged Word that could not be easily recovered. Luckilly there was PDF version which back-converted for me, allowing me to make change sto the original file. Very happy with the service!

After downloading the software, the deleted files could not be rescued, and they also said that they would guarantee a refund within 30 days. They contacted customer service for a refund, and they responded with a request that did not meet the refund requirements. Moreover, the company asked us to continue using the software, which the company did not want at all. Refunds have been blocking consumers
